Dear Principal

I am writing to invite you to an information session regarding the request for information (RFI) process due to commence at the end of this month. As you are aware, a governance reform process is currently underway in the Archdiocese of Melbourne whereby 294 schools will form a new incorporated entity, Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS). A key component of this change process is the RFI in which Catholic Education Melbourne requests each transitioning school to provide information about the school that is relevant and necessary for the governance transfer.

The information session will provide you with further details about the RFI process and the information that will be asked of you, as well as answer any queries you may have.

We have reserved six Zoom sessions from Tuesday through to Thursday next week as per the schedule below. We ask that you register for a session through the OPL portal using the code below to access the activity and select your preferred date and time. A confirmation email and link to the Zoom meeting will be sent to you prior to your session.
